5794 Widewaters Parkway was sold by SYR Office, LLC to Arthritis Health Associates, PLLC for an undisclosed purchase price. 

Arthritis Health Associates, PLLC has been providing rheumatological healthcare to the Greater Central New York region for decades.  The practice has been the anchor tenant in this medical office building for many years.
