Meet Lisa Menin
& Jacobson Properties

Lisa Menin formed Jacobson Properties in 1986 after spending several years in the corporate and real estate departments of Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson, a major New York law firm. For many years, Lisa focused on the sale of shopping centers nationwide and represented numerous developers and owners in the sale of their institutional grade assets. Her chief accomplishment in the shopping center area was the sale of over 1 million square feet of retail properties totaling $216 million on behalf of a prominent New York developer over a period of 3 years.

In 2010, Lisa began specializing in the sale of institutional grade healthcare assets nationwide. She has sold numerous single tenant medical office buildings fully leased to hospital tenants such as Albany Medical College, Ascension Health, Hallmark Health, the University of Chicago Medicine, HealthAlliance Hospital: Mary’s Avenue Campus and Day Kimball Healthcare. Lisa has also successfully closed on the sale of many multi-tenant medical office buildings anchored by hospital tenants such as Yale New Haven- Hospital, Middlesex Hospital, State University of New York Upstate Medical University, St. Joseph’s Hospital, St. Peter’s Health Partners, Ellis Hospital, Westchester Medical Center Health Network and St. Vincent’s Medical Center and filled with specialty physician practices.

Lisa is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and New York University School of Law.
