Lisa Menin of Jacobson Properties, New York, New York is pleased to announce the sale of Albany Med at Niskayuna, a 37,821 square foot medical office building located in Niskayuna, Schenectady County, New York.
The building is fully leased by Albany Medical College, northeastern New York’s only academic health services center and one of the largest private employers in the Capital Region. Albany Med at Niskayuna houses Albany Med EmUrgentCare, Albany Med’s Gastroenterology and Community Services medical group, laboratory services and a state of the art ambulatory surgical center. The medical office building was sold to a privately held healthcare real estate investment firm for an undisclosed price. Lisa Menin served as the exclusive advisor to the seller in the transaction.
