An affiliate of Connecticut Eye Consultants leases the entire medical office building. Connecticut Eye Consultants is the dominant ophthalmology practice in Western Connecticut with 14 physicians practicing in 5 locations.
Western Connecticut Medical Center South is located in a major medical corridor and is situated less than 1 mile from Danbury Hospital.
In connection with the sale, the tenant executed a new long-term lease.
