Lisa Menin of Jacobson Properties, New York, New York is pleased to announce the sale of the Fairfield County Medical Office Building Portfolio, comprised of two multi-tenant medical office buildings located in Trumbull, Connecticut and Stratford, Connecticut. The 80,000 square foot portfolio is anchored by Advanced Radiology, Southern Connecticut’s oldest independent radiology practice, which occupies 29% of the Portfolio. Additional tenants include subsidiaries of Yale New Haven Health and Ascension Health. The Portfolio, which is 94% occupied, was sold to a private healthcare REIT for an undisclosed purchase price. Lisa Menin served as the exclusive advisor to the sellers in the transaction.
